Who We Are

Established in 2009 to support Safe Monroe (then Women's Resources of Monroe County), Echo Boutique is our gently used women's clothing store offering high-quality women's clothing and accessories at affordable prices, located in Downtown Stroudsburg. When you shop at ECHO Boutique, you are directly supporting victims and survivors of domestic and sexual abuse, so you can shop guilt-free, while giving back to the community!

PLEASE NOTE: We only accept Gently Used Women's Clothing, Shoes, and Accessories.

No men's or children's clothing, housewares, or household items can be accepted, please consider donating these items to the Salvation Army or other charity.

Donation Policy

We are currently accepting donations of Fall/Winter clothing, shoes, and accessories
Please limit your donations to two kitchen-sized garbage bags.
Please do NOT include clothes on hangers and keep shoes out of boxes.
Donations may be dropped off at ECHO during regular store hours ONLY. Any items left outside the store, while the store is closed, will be discarded.
From July through January, Echo will only accept winter clothing
From February through June, Echo will only accept summer clothing
