Our Commitment to Our Donors and Constituents

Safe Monroe will never share, trade or sell our donors and/or constituents’ personal information with any other entity or solicit our donors and/or constituents on behalf of any other organization or corporation.

“Personal Information” is defined as information that identifies a donor or constituent by name, address, phone number and email address. We collect and store personal information which has been provided by a donor or constituent via postal mail in response to mailings, emails, telephone or in person. We collect your personal information in response to an event or if you make a contribution to our organization.

At Safe Monroe, we take pride in having policies in place that are PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), making every effort to protect all names and personal information within our databases and through our online fundraising. These protections extend to all platforms including the Safe Monroe database, website, mobile and online applications, in addition to all written, oral and electronic communications.

With the use of any third-party service providers for processing donations, a donor and/or constituents’ information will only be used as needed for the purpose of processing donations.

Safe Monroe reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, in an effort to continue to secure and protect your information. Any changes will clearly note an update has been made.
