Women’s Resources of Monroe County and ESU Wellness Education and Prevention gather to host this annual Candlelight Vigil on Wednesday, October 19th | 5 PM at Courthouse Square in Stroudsburg.

This event is FREE to attend, and light refreshments will be provided. Additionally, our counselors will be present if you need to talk.
