DESCRIPTION:  \n \n\nJoin Us Tuesday\, March 19\, 2024 at 5:30PM!\nExpressive Art Group & Trauma-Informed Healing Workshop\nStep into a sanctuary of strength and support! Our counselors have created a free and confidential support group for survivors of domestic and/or sexual abuse\, as well as their families and friends. In this space\, courage meets understanding\, and healing is a shared journey. Confidentiality is our priority\, ensuring that every word spoken remains within the safety of the group.  “Together\, We Rise” combines traditional talking/peer support with an art workshop. The objective of this group is to empower survivors to rise up from the ashes of their circumstances and stand in opposition to violence. We will touch on subjects including (but not limited to)- red flags\, boundaries\, and safety planning. Join us in rewriting the chapters of our lives\, healing not as individuals\, but as a united force. Together\, we rise and heal! \nAll meetings are being held at our main office in the Delaware Water Gap. If transportation is an issue\, we can accommodate those with a Zoom link to join after the art portion of the meeting is over.
