DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Sixth Annual Pound the Pavement Purple 5K Event! Hosted by Women’s Resources of Monroe County\, in conjunction with AllOne Charities \nThis is a 5K Race around the Pleasant Valley school grounds. The course is a flat\, scenic route on blacktop which begins at the athletic stadium\, flows onto township roads and returns to the high school for the finish. The course is stroller friendly. \nWear your best purple outfit to win a prize! \nOnline Registration is now closed. You can register in person on Saturday\, October 27th from 1 to 4 pm at Dunkelbergers West End store in Brodheadsville\, or register on the day of the event\, Sunday\, October 28th at 7:30am at the Pleasant Valley High School cafeteria. \nRace begins at the Pleasant Valley HS stadium track at 8:30am. \nThank you for your support!!
